Overview

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies for visitors. The fonts are hosted on this website itself, so no data is sent to font providers. No third-party content is embedded.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd.. When you visit the site, the web server automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, and the browser and operating system you use.

This data is processed to deliver the website, to keep it secure and to ensure its stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after a short period determined by the hosting provider. The data is not combined with other data sources and is not used to identify you personally.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to handle donations or exchanges of menu cards. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract. Your data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, please write to info@luziekurth.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, www.dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority of your place of residence.
